This machine combines three functions is one device, used for punching, marking and shearing flat bars. So it¡¯s called CNC angle production line.
Applicable Industry: The machine is the automatic special production line used for flat bars marking, punching, and shearing mainly in the field of angle steel tower industry, electric power fittings, structure storage facilities, and steel structure construction industries etc.

Ø Flat bar processing size: Max. Length to 8m, width 40-120mm.
Ø Functions: Punching, Marking, Shearing
Ø Quantity dies on each side: 4 pics(two for circular holes, one for oval hole, one for marking).
Ø Double linear guides+NC carriage feeding, more faster and precision more higher.
Ø Double accumulators(Which are located above the host and the hydraulic station), improve the speed of punching and production efficiency.
Ø Single blade cutting, no scraps.
