Usethe equipment correctly, carry out the maintenance and safe operationcarefully, both of which is necessary condition to prolong the service life andensure the safety operation. Consequently, the operator shall be familiar withthe equipment’s structural performance and operation procedure at first. As aresult, in accordance with the service condition of the general equipment, someadvice about maintenance and safe operation are provided for user’s reference.
1. Hydraulic system shall adopts 46# abrasion resistance hydraulic oil, thetemperature shall higher than 15℃, cooler shall be used whenthe oil temperature is higher than 50℃.
2. Strict filtration shall be treated to the hydraulic oil before it is filledinto oil tank (User shall allocate one set of 20μm oil filter), the filled oilshall not exceed the oil scale.
3. The oil filter shall be frequently cleaned by kerosene. The charge lifeshall not exceed one year.
4. Fill oil in each lubrication point regularly according to the diagram
5. The pressure gauge shall be checked and calibrated for half a year
6. The electrical equipment shall keep clean and avoid oil, water and dust. Itis necessary to check the sensitivity of each contact and find whether theterminal is loosen. Pay particular attention to the fastness of the strokeswitch/ proximity switch to the equipment. Be aware of each emergency light onthe control panel at any time; stop the equipment in time when emergencyoccurs. Restart equipment when the trouble is cleared.
7. Ifthe equipment does not use for a long period, the surface shall be cleaned andfilled with antirust oil.
